Take A Picture, It'll Last Longer | 8:50 AM
A/N: Hello! So, this is a little fluffy oneshot that I've been writing for a few days. It's a little something to tide you over for the week, since I can't exactly update "Chuck Vs The Torture" just yet. My exams start on Wednesday, and I've been studying, which is pretty amazing. It's pretty short, but I'm hoping that I managed to hit the fluffiest parts.

I love you, theprincess1511, you're always there when I need someone to edit stuff for me! 3

Disclaimer - I do not own "Chuck", or anything related to Chuck.

Please forgive me if I make any geographical errors or any mistakes, in general.

“So, uh, where are we exactly?” Chuck questioned from the back seat of the moving car. Having just woken up from a nap, he yawned and rubbed his eyes, almost childlike. Sarah, fast asleep with her head on his lap, hugged his torso as if it were her lifeline, which prompted a smile on his lips.

“We’re still a few hours away from Palo Alto, and it’s about six in the afternoon right now. This is gonna be so awesome, bro! It’s just you, me, our ladies and a weekend in Stanford.” Devon’s booming voice shook the car from the driver’s seat, where the captain of awesome piloted the Jeep Grand Cherokee, the vehicle that had been rented specially for their small road trip.

It was football season again, and Devon, instead of taking his frat buddies, had decided to drag his wife, brother-in-law and future sister-in-law (he hoped), on a road trip up to Stanford again to watch the game. UCLA was playing Stanford again, and he hoped to God that his alma mater did him proud this time round.

“Shh… Honey, you’ll wake Sarah!” Ellie chastised from the seat beside him.

Devon shot Chuck an apologetic glance in the rear view mirror, before his eyes drifted to the slumbering blonde resting her head on his brother-in-law’s lap.

“Aw, don’t worry, she looks comfortable enough,” he teased, although lowering his voice significantly. Catching Chuck’s eye again, he gave him a sly wink.

Chuck, who already had a faint pink blush on his cheeks, looked down at the angel who was asleep in his lap, before he began to brush away the few stray strands of hair that covered her flawless features.

He had never seen her so peaceful before. He understood how much she had to go through everyday – all the worry about being his protector, in addition to her personal problems – that it was such a sight to see a look of pure contentment on her face, almost as if all her problems had vanished in her sleep.

Unbeknownst to Chuck, Sarah Walker was very much awake, and enjoying the close proximity of their bodies. She also happened to feel the heat of his intense gaze burning a hole in her face, and his long slender fingers playing with her hair. Deciding to have some fun with him, she opened her eyes to slits, making sure that Chuck couldn’t see that she was awake, before closing them again, and proceeded to shift around on his lap.

She shifted her body so that she was facing the roof of the car, and before Chuck could extract his hand from her face, she held it in an iron grip and hugged his arm to her chest. She cuddled his arm like a bolster, and made sure that he had no way of getting his arm back.

She heard Chuck breath a sigh of relief and chuckle under his breath when he realized that she hadn’t caught him touching her face. She smiled inwardly as he slipped back into the routine of playing with her hair and simply staring at her. She eventually fell into a light nap, with Chuck’s voice as her lullaby as he conversed softly with Devon and Ellie.

Due the "mission" last night, Sarah, along with Chuck, was extremely exhausted.

Sarah had quelled a terrorist cell with a fork and knife, since she was on a date with Chuck in a restaurant when he had flashed on the man at the next table – However, sadly, it was not a revolution in Jakarta or Paraguay as Chuck had predicted before.

He had also flashed on others sitting at subsequent tables, who were in cahoots with the first man, whom Chuck assumed to be the leader. It was unusual, yes, but he figured that terrorists had to eat too.

Sarah hadn’t brought her gun again, seeing as she still didn’t believe in bringing guns on a real date – although she did bring her entire arsenal of throwing knives along. It was a split second decision to attack them, but she did, and took out most of them with her knives. Her fork and knife were used to disable the rest of the men when they finally comprehended that they were under attack.

All this had happened while Chuck cowered under a table when he’d refused to leave her side. Thankfully, the restaurant had been mostly empty, and the only patron that had not been involved was a 78 year old man who now believed that the government was trying to assassinate him. The NSA clean up team had the restaurant up and running by the morning, and Chuck and Sarah had only returned to Sarah’s apartment at around four a.m., where Sarah had coaxed
Chuck into staying the night.

Later that morning, they dragged themselves to Casa Bartowski, where they met up with Ellie and Devon, and set off on their ten hour drive to Palo Alto. There were two reasons why they had left at such an early hour of nine. One, they needed to escape without Morgan on their tails, knowing that the furry little man never woke up that early on a weekend. And two, it was logical that they had to get there by nightfall.

They had fallen asleep about two hours into the journey when they had first left Casa Bartowski, and had only just woken up. At least, Chuck had, still under the impression that Sarah was asleep.

It was nearly sunset, and the sky was a brilliant blend of pink, orange, with the glaring sun sinking over the horizon. It was breathtakingly beautiful, and even Chuck had to take his eyes off Sarah for a moment to admire the view.

“Devon, I really, really need a picture of this view, mind if we stop for a sec?” Ellie pleaded, her digital camera already in her hands. Obviously, Ellie had such an effect on Devon that he pulled up at the side of the road without any hesitation. Ellie and Devon exited the car eagerly, wanting to catch every minute of the majestic scenery.

The moment the door slammed shut, Sarah‘s eyelids fluttered open, shocking the living daylights out of Chuck, who was still studying her intently. Raising her arm to touch a hand to his cheek, she teased, “Chuck? Maybe you should take a picture, it’ll last longer.”

Stolen | 9:58 AM
Copied&Pasted from FF.net! This is a oneshot, and it has the least reviews out of all my stories.

A/N: So, I have posted this story at least twice, and all of those times, the story has been misplaced and to be quite honest, I'm pretty pissed. But anyway, I'm gonna hope that the third time's the charm. This is a sequel to my very first story, "When It Rains", and I'm aware that it doesn't exactly cover the ending of that particular story, but I'm sure everyone just wants to see the wedding? Yes, no? If there are any requests for that side of the story, I wouldn't mind writing it. Hahaha. I practically planned out my dream wedding in this one. Sorry for any grammar errors/mistakes.

Disclaimer: I do not own Chuck, Sarah, Casey, Morgan, Ellie, Devon, Bryce, Carina, Anna, Ilsa, or Dashboard Confessional's song "Stolen". (Beautiful song, btw, go check it out)

This is going out to theprincess1511, who helped me with this oneshot, and every other story that I've done! (She writes PercyJackson & The Olympian fics! And she's pretty darn good)
Reviews are awesome, and you're awesome if you do review :D Thanks for reading!

________________________________

Chuck glanced nervously at himself in the mirror, tugging on the sleek, black formal tuxedo that sat nicely on his lean frame, and ran a hand through his neatly gelled hair. Standing next to him was his best friend and best man, the furry little gnome, known as Morgan Grimes, dressed similarly to him.

“Dude, you can still back out now! I mean, what am I gonna do when you’re on your honeymoon, man? You’re my life partner, and… I object!”

“Morgan, I’m not your life partner! And if you do actually raise your hand during the ceremony when they call for an objection, I will kill you personally.”

“But Chuck, buddy, we’re so destined –”

“Morgan, Anna won’t be happy that you’re claiming a guy as your life partner, when you’re already married to her. Technically, that kinda makes her your rightful life partner.”

“Touché. Hey, just remember, marriage isn’t all it’s cut out to be, buddy. I mean, you’ll actually have to… work! It’s absolute torture.”

It was Chuck’s wedding day, and he was getting married to the most beautiful girl in his world, and that was kind of a big deal for him. Apart from the thrill of getting married to his beautiful blonde fiancée, Chuck was just happy that he had finally moved on with his life.

You see, nine years ago, Chuck had been sucked into a world of guns and spies, when his ex-college roommate and best friend, the dashing Bryce Larkin, sent him an email filled with encrypted government secrets. And five years later, he had the secrets removed, with the help of his estranged father who, ironically enough, was the inventor of the super computer that was in his head at the time.

Those five years of his life were spent in complete chaos, where Chuck was sent on missions with his two handlers, CIA Special Agent Sarah Walker and Colonel John Casey of the NSA. He didn’t enjoy the missions, or the constant danger that he faced everyday as the Intersect, but did enjoy the company of his handlers, mostly because he was utterly and irrevocably in love with Sarah
Walker.

But with the Intersect out of his head, Chuck found himself spiralling out of the spy world as suddenly as he was sucked into it. And Sarah Walker had left without a word; no notes, no letters, nothing to prove that she wanted anything else to do with him.

So, he had slipped into a funk. He found himself back to when he was kicked out of Stanford: swimming in seas of total depression and emotional chaos. Constantly snapping at his loved ones, and being a jerk on a daily basis was all normal for him. Until one day, nearly two months after Sarah was gone, Ellie Bartowski had had enough – she dumped a bucket of ice cold water onto him while he brooded in his room, lying in bed till the late afternoon, something he never did before.

After that cold wake-up call, he finally got the motivation to work on his infamous five-year plan: He started up his video-game designing business with Morgan – which ultimately was hugely successful, earning him money by the bucket loads. He moved into his own apartment and he mended things with his sister and Captain Awesome, who by the way, had two gorgeous, awesome kids. He was the king of his very own castle. But he was missing a queen.

That’s where Sarah Walker came in, or came back.

He admitted that he was stunned when she’d shown up at his door, suitcase in hand, tears pooling in her eyes and absolutely distraught, almost two years after the she’d left him. But when she ran straight back into his arms, Chuck’s heart burst with uncontained joy. She had quit the CIA, and she came back for him, and he wouldn’t have it any other way.

They had agreed on a simple ceremony by the beach, just like Ellie’s wedding. They’d chosen the beach, their beach – the beach where Chuck had spent the entire night after he found out that he was the Intersect, the beach where Chuck had proposed, and the numerous outings that they had embarked on in the eight years that they had known each other.

When you had a sister like Ellie Bartowski, even a simple ceremony could be made into an exquisite gathering. Sarah didn’t even bother trying to plan it, knowing that Ellie would handle everything. That was else what the Maid-Of-Honour was supposed to do, right?

Ellie, Anna, Carina and Ilsa were the decided bridesmaids while Devon, Morgan, Casey and even Bryce Larkin – who had barely managed to convince everyone that the newspaper had made a mistake and he was not dead – stood up as Chuck’s brothers-in-arms, his groomsmen. It seemed even the spy world supported Chuck and Sarah’s relationship.

“Dude, you ready? It’s time, bro.” Devon said as he popped his head into the room, knocking the nervous groom out of his flashback. Chuck nodded, and made a final adjustment to his tux, an uneasy smile apparent on his face.

Devon “Captain Awesome” Woodcomb, who was truly, very awesome in all his ways, gave Chuck an encouraging smile before bounding enthusiastically into the room. Clapping Chuck heartily on the back, he stood in between the best man and the man of the hour, grinning at their images in the mirror.

“Oh come on, Chuck, you’re not having second thoughts are you?”

“Nah, I’m just... Pre-wedding jitters, you know?”

Devon chuckled slightly, shaking his head slightly.

“I know what you mean, bro. I mean, when I married your sister, I was so sure that I’d pass out when I saw her walking down the aisle, you know? Best day of my life. Don’t worry dude, you won’t regret any of this. It’s gonna be awesome.” he spoke, putting both thumbs up and nodding happily.

Chuck felt a warming sensation calm his heart. He took a deep breath and a wide grin complemented his features.

“Hey guys, we’ve gotta go, Casey’s already at the beach, and we gotta leave now if Chuck still wants to get married.” It was Bryce Larkin’s turn to pop his head into the room, and Devon ushered Chuck and Morgan outside and into the wedding cars that were parked outside.

The bride and her bridesmaids were already at the venue, where a makeshift tent was set up, out of sight, but near the whole beautiful setting of the outdoor wedding. It was early evening, and the sight of the pools of amber and streaks of pink that coloured the sky was breathtaking.
In the middle of the beach, was a replica of Ellie’s wedding, only better. The two arches were decorated with hundreds of Gardenias – Sarah’s favourite flower – and glistening white rose
petals littered the sand leading down the aisle.

While the guests settled in their seats, Chuck took his place next to the priest. A four-man band began to play softly: a beautifully jazzed up and lively version of the “Wedding March” as Ellie and Awesome’s two adorable daughters strolled down the aisle, dressed in pink and sprinkling red rose petals to match the white petals on the ground. All eyes turned to the bridesmaids and
groomsmen as they paraded toward Chuck.

A grinning Ellie Bartowski strolled down the aisle, with Devon Woodcomb by her side. The couple made their way happily down the aisle, marching to the beat to the music. Ellie was dressed in her bridesmaid’s dress: a simple, yet elegant white dress with a stripe of baby blue around the waist.

Morgan and Anna marched on next, arms linked with Anna’s hand placed on her ever-growing stomach. She was due in three months with their first child, and they couldn’t have been any happier. Morgan expression was directed to Chuck, trying to convey the message of, “You ready, Chuck?” which Chuck promptly returned with a brief nod and an uplifting grin.

Casey and Ilsa were next, followed by Carina and Bryce, and soon, the groomsmen were
gathered next to Chuck, while the bridesmaids formed a line beside Sarah’s appointed spot.

All heads turned as a figure clad in a backless, stunning white wedding dress, made her way slowly down the aisle, her eyes trained on the tall, lanky man standing beneath the arch of her favourite flowers and a sigh passed through the crowd. Sarah smiled gently as she took in her surroundings, clutching her bouquet of Sweet Peas. Crashing waves sounded from her left side while the melodious tune that the band played filled her ears from the right. Her eyes drank in the sight of him, and she prayed that her knees wouldn’t buckle as she continued to make her way toward the man of her dreams.

Don’t faint. Don’t faint. Don’t faint. Please, for the love of God, do not faint!

Chuck pleaded to his subconscious, his nervousness, and to God that he wouldn’t black out at the sight of his beautiful fiancée who was approaching him at an alarmingly slow pace. She was practically beaming, and he realized that he was too. After two agonizing minutes of waiting, which felt like two hours to him, Chuck held Sarah’s hand tightly in his, occasionally squeezing it, as if to reassure himself that this wasn’t just a dream. Tears made their way down Sarah’s cheeks as they exchanged their heartfelt vows, and their tongues began their fervent dance as their mouths met.

With sheepish grins on both their faces, they finally broke apart and frolicked back down the aisle, talking to their guests, but never separating from each other’s side.

“Alright folks, it’s time for the man and wife to begin their first dance as a married couple!” Morgan announced proudly. The chairs were quickly cleared by the groomsmen and bridesmaids and with the small number of guests who had attended the wedding, it was a quick and efficient job. Chuck led Sarah to the centre of the area and into a slow dance while the guests watched in admiration and awe.

The band began to play their chosen song – “Stolen” by Dashboard Confessional and Juli, as they swayed slowly to the music, despite the slightly fast beat of the song.

We watch the season pull up its own stakes
And catch the last weekend
Of the last week
Before the gold and the glimmer have been replaced
Another sun soaked season fades away

“So, Mrs Bartowski, how does it feel to be in that white dress? And for the record, I am never going to get used to calling you that.”

Sarah, with her head tucked snugly over his shoulder, let out a low chuckle against his neck. His arms were wrapped protectively around her, more of a hug than a dance, but it still allowed the swaying of their bodies. Around them, the evening light bathed them in a warm ray of gold.

You have stolen my heart
You have stolen my heart

“I feel… like everything is finally real,” she answered, sighing in perfect contentment, her arms entwining around Chuck’s waist.

And from the ball room floor
We are in celebration
One good stretch before our hibernation
Our dreams assured and we all
Will sleep well

It was Chuck’s turn to smile at the familiarity of their conversation as he answered her with a tender kiss to her cheek. He leant down to whisper softly into her ear, his lips brushing slightly against her cheek.

“It is real.”

You have stolen my heart.

Big Mike Versus The Outsider | 10:44 AM
A/N: Sooo... This idea came to me when I listened to a beautiful song known as "Outsiders" by The Daylights, and I had a great idea for a fic, and I did write it out. Then I realised that it sucked ass, and I wrote a totally different one. I tried my best to portray Big Mike, but I'm not sure if I did it right, so forgive me he's pretty OOC. It's a short little oneshot that I hope you guys will enjoy (: Reviews are very much appreciated. Much thanks to my darling friend, theprincess1511 for her help!

I would place this after Chuck Versus The Seduction, right after Chuck leaves Sarah's apartment when he finds Bryce there.

And of course, duh, I don't own anything.(If I did, Chuck and Sarah would be having ten kids in a bungalow somewhere in LA by now. Complete with the golden retriever from Chuck Versus The Suburbs. Gosh, it was such a cute dog!)
________________________________________________
Big Mike considered himself to be a carefree man, a man who indulged in a love for fishing, danish pastries and relaxation. He was about to leave the Buy More after a long day of being cooped up in his office and having to deal the morons that dominated his list of employees, to enjoy a weekend in a cabin with his fishing rod and a fridge full of beer and danish. Oh, sweet, sweet danish.

However, when he spotted a tall, lanky man standing on the roof of the Buy More, he decided that the reasonable thing to do was to get the idiot off the roof of his building. Big Mike shuddered when he thought of the drama that would unfold if the idiot managed to commit suicide. He dropped his briefcase into the trunk of his car, and made his way hastily to the roof, panting hard when he finally managed to climb the flight of stairs located at the side of the building.

“Bartowski!” he bellowed, causing the tall figure to jump about ten feet into the air.
Chuck Bartowski whirled around in utter shock, eyes bulging slightly from the scare he had just received and his palm placed over his heart.

“Bartowski, what in the hell are you doing on the roof?” Big Mike asked, his tone revealing that he was highly annoyed and would very much rather be on his way to his cabin in the woods. Big Mike's eyes scanned the surrounding area around Chuck. A lone bottle of wine and a slightly wilted red rose rested on the ledge of the building.

Chuck stayed silent for a while, eyes wide like a deer caught in the headlights, before stammering a semi-coherent answer to him.

“W-well, sir, I-I was just… Y-you know, you know… H-hanging out?”

“Bartowski, I do not appreciate it when you lie to me. Spit it out, boy, I’d like to get to my cabin in time for the fish to be biting…”

“B-but, sir, I assure you, y-you wouldn’t want to hear it anyway!”

“Bartowski! I demand you tell me why you are sitting on the roof of my building right now!”

Chuck nodded in fear. Denying a request from your boss was never a good thing, especially if your boss was a very huge, heavy man who believed that his body was a temple and wasn’t afraid to use it as a weapon.

“My girlfriend… Her ex is in town, and I think she’s still in love with him…” Chuck spoke solemnly while Big Mike’s face softened slightly.

“Her ex happens to be my college roommate, Bryce Larkin, and they’re on good terms now. I feel like a third wheel whenever we go out toge – OW! What was that for?!”

Chuck rubbed the sore spot on his head where Big Mike had thumped him roughly in the head.

“Bartowski! How could you be stupid enough to let blondie make up with that asshole?! And you allowed him to tag along on your dates?!” Big Mike roared into Chuck’s ear, causing him to wince slightly.

“Now, I have no idea what you did to land someone as hot as blondie in the first place,” Big Mike paused as Chuck winced yet again. “But, Bartowski, you’ve gotta show that bastard who’s boss! Tell the fool to back off, and claim your woman!”

“If you’ll excuse me, I’d like to get to my fishing now. Here, Bartowski, have a Danish. Comfort food, it’ll make you feel better.”

Chuck nodded wordlessly as Big Mike handed him a piece of pastry from the box in his hand and turned to leave. Chuck looked up at the starless night sky as he had been lost in before his boss had appeared, and sighed deeply.

Bryce was back, and Chuck could see it in his eyes; he wanted Sarah to join him in the field. What if Sarah wanted a change in lifestyle? He wasn’t sure if he could live without her. They weren’t together, but it didn’t change the fact that he was head over heels in love with the super spy.

His trance was broken yet again, by the yelling of Big Mike from the Buy More parking lot.

“You’d better be off that roof by the time I count to ten, Bartowski! Or I’ll have your Nerd Herd ass in storage duty for a month!”

At that, Chuck’s eyes widened and he scurried off the roof in a flash. Big Mike didn’t help much, but he figured if Big Mike believed that he could win Sarah over, he’d try his best to do just that.

When It Rains | 7:26 AM
Hey hey! It's been a while, and I MIGHT HAVE given up on my Joshayley fic.
But right now, I've been focusing on another couple, a fictional ship.
Chuck Bartowski/Sarah Walker, from the TV show, Chuck!
Hahaha, so here goes. I know no one read this, but what the heck (:

Written to the song "When It Rains" By Paramore

___________

And when it rains,
On this side of town,
It touches everything,

Just say it again and mean it,
We don't miss a thing

Ellie Bartowski sighed deeply as she sat in her favourite armchair, flipping through the channels of the living room television. She watched as her beloved brother shuffled slowly out of his room into the bathroom, clad in his pyjama pants and a plain grey shirt, at five o’clock in the afternoon. Devon was working a shift at the hospital today, but she had the day off and she wasn’t going to waste another minute.

She was going to force her brother’s life back on track, even if she had to take thousands of vacation days off. She had had enough.

You made yourself a bed at the bottom of the blackest hole,
(Blackest hole)

And convinced yourself that it's not the reason
You don't see the sun anymore

It had been at least two months since Sarah left, and Chuck grounded himself in his room, since the very day where she took off on a plane to leave a pair of heartbroken Bartowski’s in her wake. She hadn’t even bothered to say goodbye to Ellie.

Ellie loved Sarah like a sister, and she took her leaving as a sign of betrayal; a stab in the back. Ellie could only imagine the pain her brother was going through. And she was hoping to do something – anything – to get him back on his two feet.

And oh, oh, how could you do it?
Oh, I, I never saw it coming
And oh, oh, I need the ending
So why can't you stay just long enough to explain?

“Chuck, honey, I’m gonna take a stroll down the neighbourhood, care to join me?” Ellie called out from the living room.

And when it rains,
Well, you always find an escape
Just running away from all of the ones who love you
From everything

A barely audible “no thanks” was the only response she received, before his bedroom door was slammed shut.

Her vision was blurred by tears that welled up in her eyes. She wondered how much more of this suffering he had to go through, before he stopped pushing everyone away. She felt the ever-strong bond between them begin to strain as he constantly refused to talk to her, or anyone for that matter.

You made yourself a bed at the bottom of the blackest hole

(Blackest hole)
And you'll sleep till May
And you'll say that you don't wanna see the sun anymore

Ellie knew that he needed his space, but she could take it no longer. She walked right into his room and dumped a tub of ice cold water onto his bed.

“Ellie! What the hell?!” He screamed as the full force of the cold invaded his senses.

“Chuck, honestly, I love you, but this has got to stop! You’ve barely talked to anyone in the past two months, and you’ve hardly left your room. I know you miss her, I do too, but we have to move on, together. Please Chuck, I need my brother back. I don’t want this emotionless ghost of Chuck Bartowski”

Take these chances to turn it around
(Take your time)
Just take these chances
We'll make it somehow
And take these chances to turn it around
(Take my...)
Just turn it around

Chuck sat shivering on his drenched bed, quietly pondering each sentence, each word, and each phrase that his sister had spoken. He knew how right she was, and he knew how much sense she was making, but he just couldn’t snap out of his depression; it wasn’t that easy.

When Sarah Walker had been reassigned and forced to leave Los Angeles, – The intersect was finally out of his head, courtesy of his father, and General Beckman felt that Sarah would be more useful to other prospects of the CIA and NSA– She had left with a piece of Chuck Bartowski, more specifically, his heart.

Every time he closed his eyes, she would appear in his head. He would dream of her constantly, and sometimes he swore that he could hear her voice calling his name. He was a heartbroken man on the verge of going mad. He missed her too much for his own good.

“Chuck?” Ellie spoke, her tone softer than before.

Chuck stood up and wrapped his arms around his sister, letting loose the floodgates. Tears flowed freely from his eyes, and soon Ellie began to weep as well. The siblings hugged and cried, and cried and hugged, oblivious the figure of Sarah Walker standing at the window, with tears streaming down her face and suitcase in hand.

And oh, how could you do it?
Oh, I, I never saw it coming
Oh, oh, how could you do it?
Oh, I, I never saw it coming
Oh, oh, how could you do it?
Oh I, I never saw it coming
Oh, oh, I need an ending
So why can't you stay just long enough to explain?

- End - (:
